7. important marketing techniques

  1. The operator uses a statistical analysis of website traffic by Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer any personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. With regard to information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The operator uses remarketing techniques that make it possible to adapt advertising messages to the user's behaviour on the website. This may give the impression that the user's personal data is being used to track them. In practice, however, no personal data is passed on by the operator to advertising operators. The technological prerequisite for such actions is the activated support of cookies.
  3. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. Thanks to this technology, Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) knows that a specific person registered with it uses the service. In this case, it is based on data for which it is the administrator; the operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
  4. The operator uses a solution that analyses user behaviour by creating heat maps and recording behaviour on the website. This information is anonymised before it is sent to the service operator so that it does not know which natural person is involved. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not recorded.
  5. The operator uses a solution that automates the functioning of the service in relation to users. For example, it can send the user an email after visiting a specific subpage, provided that the user has consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the operator.

    2. Achieving the purposes mentioned above in the section „Important marketing techniques“;
  5. The Service uses two basic types of cookies: „session cookies“ and „persistent cookies“. „Session cookies“ are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until the User logs out, leaves the website or disables the software (Internet browser). „Persistent“ cookies are stored on the user's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the user.
  6. Software for browsing websites (internet browsers) normally allows cookies to be stored on the user's end device by default. Users of the service can change the settings in this regard. The internet browser allows cookies to be deleted. It is also possible to block cookies automatically. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the help or documentation of the internet browser.
  7. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functions available on the service's websites.
